With easy access via road or air, The Hide is perfectly situated in Hwange National Park – not far from Hwange Main Camp or the main airport or our nearest airstrip.
Guests can fly into Victoria Falls Airport and then take the two and a half to three hour road transfer to Hwange Main Camp. Here, they are met by a Hide representative and driven to camp, a little over an hour’s drive through the National Park in an open safari vehicle with game viewing opportunities along the way.
A 35 minute light aircraft flight between Victoria Falls Airport and Umtshibi Airfield near camp or Hwange Main Airport. Seat rates are available. Please enquire for options and rates. The Hide is just 40 minutes from Umtshibi Airfield or 1hr 30 minutes’ drive from Hwange Main Airport through the National Park.
This transfer is conducted in an open safari vehicle and offers game viewing opportunities.
Guests can opt to self-drive into camp in their own 4WD vehicles. Directions are available on request.
